LEADERSHIP AND YOUTH DIALOGUE — EVERY SUGGESTION MATTERS
✔️ The next “Leadership and Youth” meeting at Qizilqum Phosphorite Complex LLC was held in an atmosphere of open and sincere dialogue.
✔️ The latest “Leadership and Youth” meeting at Qizilqum Phosphorite Complex LLC was held in an atmosphere of open and constructive dialogue.
📐 The meeting was attended by the Deputy General Director for Production, the Chief Engineer, the Chairman of the Trade Union Committee, and the company's young employees. Participants exchanged views on production processes, working conditions, and other pressing issues of interest to young staff.
During the discussion, the young employees put forward the following proposals:
🔹 to consider replacing the air filters in the buses serving the quarry with oil-bath filters;
🔹 to further improve the quality of meals served in the employees' cafeteria;
🔹 to organize regular meetings between the General Director and employees at each production workshop;
🔹 to further improve the working and living conditions of employees working on a rotational (shift) basis.
Appropriate explanations were provided regarding the proposals and requests raised during the meeting. For the issues requiring further action, responsible persons were assigned and a phased implementation plan was established.
