**THE BEST YOUNG WELDER OF THE ENTERPRISE HAS BEEN DETERMINED**
▶️ The “Best Young Welder” competition was held at “Kyzylkum Phosphorite Complex” LLC to showcase the professional skills and expertise of young specialists.
💥 The participants put their skills to the test, demonstrating accuracy, strength, endurance, and strict compliance with safety requirements during welding operations.
✍️ At the first stage, the participants demonstrated their theoretical knowledge by answering questions related to welding technology, occupational health and safety, and industrial safety. During the practical stage, they completed assigned tasks involving the preparation and welding of metal components. The judging panel evaluated the quality and accuracy of the welds, the technique used to perform the tasks, proper organization of the workplace, compliance with safety rules, and adherence to the allotted time.
According to the results of the professional competition:
🥇 1st place — Abdufattoh Toshturdiev, Welder of Workshop No. 3
🥈 2nd place — Nurken Nurmuratov, Welder of Workshop No. 1
🥉 3rd place — Doston Tukhtaev, Welder of Workshop No. 2.
