✍️ **More than 500 applications** were received for the available vacancies. The candidates’ documents and professional qualifications were reviewed, and **69 applicants were shortlisted** at the initial stage.

🛠 During the selection process, particular attention was paid not only to theoretical knowledge but also to practical skills. In particular, candidates applying for electrician and lathe operator positions underwent practical tests designed to reflect actual production conditions. Their professional skills, accuracy, and ability to perform work safely were assessed during the practical tests.

✍️ Following the selection process, **9 candidates who were found to meet the established requirements were issued referrals for employment**.
