“LEADER AND YOUTH”: INITIATIVES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

✍️ Another **“Leader and Youth”** meeting was held at “Kyzylkum Phosphorite Complex” LLC, aimed at supporting young employees’ ideas and initiatives, further improving production processes, and jointly finding solutions to existing issues.

♻️ The meeting, organized in the format of an open dialogue, was led by the General Director of the enterprise, **Denis Valeryevich Petropavlovskiy**, and the Deputy General Director for Production — Chief Engineer, **Obidjon Amirkulov**.

✍️ During the dialogue, young employees put forward a number of proposals aimed at improving production efficiency and working conditions. In particular, the participants discussed **planning incentive payments in proportion to production performance**, reviewing the qualification grades of young and experienced specialists, and **organizing training for workers in occupational health and safety and industrial safety**.

✔️ In addition, with the aim of further strengthening the company’s image, proposals were made to **develop a new logo that meets modern professional standards**, as well as to gradually replace buses used for employee transportation whose service life and technical condition no longer meet the required standards.

🤝 General Director **Denis Valeryevich Petropavlovskiy** expressed his readiness to support initiatives that contribute to the development of the enterprise and emphasized that **high production results can be achieved through teamwork and collective cooperation**.
